Terms and Conditions

 JLJ Images Terms and Conditions section is a contract between myself and my customers. I make information and services available to my customers, and my customers must follow these rules.

Terms and conditions agreement allow me to:

• Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam
• Deposits are Non-Refundable however should I have to cancel within 48 hours of your booked appointment, deposit will be refunded in full or you may transfer to a different date.
• I will manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
• I will explain my copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc. All photos are owned by JLJ Images.  Unless disclosed and/or contracted for that purpose before shoot, all photos are not for commercial use by customer.
